Looking to hire individual(s) interested in small practice situation. Along with typical counseling responsibilities (ethical, maintains timely & accurate record keeping/documentation, good communication skills, etc.) must be detail oriented, able to work independently, confident, and have good work ethic with professional maturity and is responsible.

Details:

• Licensed Professional Counselors or Licensed Social Workers, who hold full licensure in the state of Alabama.

• Best consideration for those already paneled with insurance companies, but not mandatory.

• Fully furnished office space, telehealth (remote), or hybrid position available.

• Flexible schedule/ hours and pay is determined by caseload.

• Percentage of contract rate split is negotiable and based off level of responsibilities/duties (more independent functioning will have higher split available).
