I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Counseling Supervisor, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Board Certified Telemental Health Provider with clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. 

I attended the University of Birmingham, earning my bachelors in Psychology and then received my Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo.

I am a current member of the Alabama Counseling Association (ALCA). 

I spent over 6 years building experience in assisting children, adolescents, and adults manage cognitive, psychiatric, behavioral, trauma, and social issues in both inpatient acute and residential settings. I also held the position of Clinical Coordinator of a local intensive group home for adolescents. 

In 2018, I started Heartsease Counseling Services LLC, where I own, manage, and provide services that focus on serving the needs of people in an outpatient and private setting.
